Mileage
The first 25 miles of travel are included free of charge. For journeys beyond this distance, mileage will be charged at the standard rate of 55p per mile.

Accommodation and Additional Time
If your ceremony location requires an overnight stay or significant additional time, any associated accommodation or extra time costs will be discussed and agreed with you in advance. No additional charges will be added to your invoice without your prior approval.

Ceremony Items and Materials

Some ceremonies may require specific items, such as handfasting cords or other symbolic elements. You are welcome to source these yourself, or I can purchase them on your behalf. If you would like me to arrange these items, I will always provide the available options and costs upfront and obtain your agreement before adding any purchases to your invoice.
